Matthew Doty is a sophomore at Calvin University pursuing degrees in biochemistry and philosophy. Growing up in Michigan, Matthew gained an appreciation for the unique harmony present in God's creation, and a sense of wonder at the marvelous things the Lord has done. He has committed his life to holiness and compassion, and seeks to be a blessing to all things the Lord has created.

Matthew believes that God urges his most intelligent creations to rule the Earth in the same manner as he created it: with mercy, grace, and discernment. In his striving to educate the world about climate change and sustainability, he hopes to introduce others to what it means to be not just a Christian, but also one who walks with God through creation care.
