Susan Lamb

fullsizeoutput_2917.jpegSusan is graduate student at University of Florida studying Soil & Water Sciences. She is currently researching water use decision-making and drivers to irrigation of the High Plains Aquifer in the central U.S.. As a graduate of Wheaton College, IL (B.S. Geology, '18), she has developed a passion for sustainable water resource management. As part of Wheaton's Human Needs and Global Resources (HNGR) program, Susan investigated the impact of community-led water projects in rural Nicaraguan communities. She cares about water justice and how it impacts those marginalized in contexts both local and global. In her spare time, Susan enjoys learning about cultures through food, collecting too many rocks, and hiking in America's National Parks.
