Janelle Hiroshige grew up in San Diego, CA and her wonder for the natural world initially came from watching many sunsets with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop. Since then, she has learned to also have an affection for changing seasons and fireflies thanks to living in Nashville, TN and now, Atlanta, GA. She studied Graphic Design with a minor in Business Administration at Point Loma Nazarene University, while also spending her summers playing bass at youth camps across the Southwest. Currently, she is working on her Masters of Divinity degree with an Anglican/Episcopal studies certificate at Candler School of Theology. As an artist and a seminarian, she is interested in ecology and liturgy and how our worship can shape the way we view and care for the earth.
